The manufacturing and assembly of components are planned according to the agreed technical specifications. For assembly, installation situation, accessibility and operational processes are decisive. Work on the plant is coordinated with the operator and integrated into the agreed project scope.
Commissioning is prepared according to the agreed functional scope. This includes checking the installation, functional tests and matching the operating parameters. Scope and responsibility for tests, documentation and operator instruction are defined project-specifically.
Wear condition, belt tracking, bearings, drive and hydraulics can be assessed in a targeted manner. Suitable measures are derived from the plant condition. Maintenance planning considers operating conditions and manufacturer specifications; a blanket maintenance interval does not replace a plant-related assessment.
Existing plants can often be specifically adapted to new requirements. Before a retrofit, we check mechanical loads, installation conditions and the effects on drive and control. Safety requirements and documentation obligations are considered separately in the project.
