Sidewall belts for your process.
Sidewall belts hold conveyed material laterally within the belt cross-section. In combination with cross cleats they can be designed for steep conveying routes. The selection considers sidewall height, cleat spacing, base belt and deflection. Conveying capacity and structural constraints are assessed together.
Symbolic application representation. The concrete design is matched project-specifically.Technical selection criteria
The following criteria form the basis for technical matching. Concrete dimensions and performance data are defined for your application.
| Construction | Base belt with corrugated edges and cleats |
|---|---|
| Geometry | According to conveying capacity and installation space |
| Deflection | To be matched to belt construction |
| Conveyed material | Suitability to be checked application-specifically |
What matters in use
- Lateral containment of conveyed material
- Space-saving conveying concepts possible
- Matching of base belt, sidewalls and cleats
Typical applications
Design instead of blanket standard values.
For a suitable selection we need the technical boundary conditions of your plant. You can describe drawings, nameplate data and dimensions in your message. Additional documents are coordinated with you afterwards.
